Begins at 9:00 AM and ends with Evensong after dinner
Step away from the phone, the blackberry, multi-tasking, long hours at work or looking for work, the chauffering of children,… and enter a time of stillness. Step into a contemplative space with a mix of silence and worship, movement and meditation, times for napping and walking, and of course, good food. Claim a space for the gift of simply being present in God.
Evensong with the Grace Cathedral Boys Choir follows dinner.
Retreat Leaders:
Nancy and Marv Hiles have been leading contemplative retreats through the Iona Center for over 30 years. They are part of the worshipping community at the Chapel of St George.
Patricia Moore is chaplain at The Bishop’s Ranch and a retreat leader. Retired from parish ministry, she serves on the Board of the Numina Center for Spirituality & the Arts in Santa Rosa.
